How to optimize Relate for measuring trustworthiness
Relate tracks the behavior of all meeting attendees, including the presenter. There are three key steps to optimize for behavior.
(1) Give your attendees lots to do in your meetings: Make sure that shopping and fulfilment links are available with information relevant to your product or service being discussed.
(2) Ensure all attendees know the reason behind transcription: Disclose that the meeting is being transcribed for training purposes so that we can continue to make our time together more valuable to you.
(3) Welcome attendees to their safe space: Include in your opening remarks that attendees have a safe space to communicate with you in private whether that be comments, thumbs up/down, overall review and agenda questions.
