Relate Portal Walkthrough

What is the purpose of the Meeting Effectiveness page?

The Meeting Effectiveness page on the Relate portal is where you can review Sandi’s meeting analysis, track your Trustworthiness over time, and view a detailed breakdown of your progress across your last five meetings.

The meeting effectiveness page is divided into 4 quadrants. The first quadrant is used to review Sandi’s analysis of a specific meeting. The first step is finding the meeting you would like to review. This can be done by using the filters or searching for the meeting name in the drop-down box. All information from the analysis that is sent to your inbox after a meeting is shown under the respective Follow up/Key Points/ Agenda/ Questions Asked subheadings. Immediately below this is a visual representation of the scores. Clicking on the “Analysis” highlighted in blue reveals an in-depth explanation of the logic behind why a particular score was assigned to the subfactors of Trust.

The scoring ranges of the Relate Trust Index

The numerator factors for the trust equation, Credibility, Reliability and Intimacy are each scored out of ten. The denominator, Self Orientation, is scored out of thirty. The scoring outcomes for the trust equation are as follows:

Extremely high: To achieve this range you will need an average higher than nine for each of the numerator factors and an extremely low score for the denominator.

High: To achieve a High – high range result you will need an average higher than eight for each of the numerator factors and an extremely low score for the denominator. To achieve a High – low range result you will need an average around eight for each of the numerator factors and a low score for the denominator.

Sound: To achieve a Sound – high range result you will need an average around seven for each of the numerator factors and a low score for the denominator. To achieve a Sound – low range result you will need an average around six for each of the numerator factors and a mid-range score for the denominator.

Limited: To achieve a Limited – high range result you will need an average around five for each of the numerator factors and a mid-range score for the denominator. To achieve a Limited – low range result you will need an average around four for each of the numerator factors and a reasonably high score for the denominator.

Low: To yield a Low result you will need an average around three for the numerator factors and a high score for the denominator. To yield an Extremely Low result you will need an average below two for the numerator factors and an extremely high score for the denominator.

What is the purpose of the Performance Metrics Trust Graph?

This graph visualises your individual trustworthiness trend over a 3 month/6 month/12 month or 3-year period, as captured by Relate.

This graph gives insight into how your trustworthiness has changed over time.

It’s a helpful tool for personal reflection and course-setting, giving you the data to proactively address dips and sustain positive momentum.

What is the purpose of My Notes/Feedback?

This graph visualizes your meeting notes and attendee feedback received in 5-minute intervals. Hovering over the bars reveals comments, questions, likes and dislikes.

Mind Share visualizes in 5-minute intervals how many attendees have either dropped out of the meeting and tracks the % of attendees who had the Relate tab selected on their browser.

What is the purpose of Cost of Sales Analysis?

Relate uses geolocation technology to measure the impact of your transport decisions. Relate records the frequency of your meetings for you to easily communicate how accessible you are. Relate for Enterprise subscribers can also have Sandi analyse for social issues and relevant feedback.

How it works: If meeting in-person, Relate will calculate the carbon emitted and unproductive time should there be inter-city travel involved. Conversely, when the meeting is virtual, Relate will calculate the carbon not emitted. Where there are multiple attendees from the same city, Relate works on the assumption that there is 1 trip avoided to that city to meet all attendees in a group meeting.

Benchmarking

The benchmarking page is where you can compare how you are tracking in trustworthiness against the organisation, product or location.

This helps you:

  • Pinpoint where you are strong and where there may be room for improvement.
  • See how you stack up against peers or the broader organisation, identifying gaps or standout traits.
  • Compare which products you generate the most trustworthiness with to identify where improvements may need to be implemented
  • Drive targeted action to build trust by working on the dimensions that matter most in your context – whether it’s improving consistency (Reliability), deepening relationships (Intimacy), or reducing self-orientation.

The Relate Benchmarking Page also includes an Ask Sandi window where you can ask Sandi about the Relate trust index, Product Messaging, Code of Conduct and revenue.

Relate Trust Index:

Understand how trust is being built or eroded across your meetings. Ask Sandi to analyse your overall trust score or identify specific trends over time.

Product Messaging:

Explore how clearly and consistently you are communicating your product’s value and benefits. Sandi can help assess whether messaging aligns with customer expectations.

Code of Conduct:

Check how well your interactions reflect your organization’s core values and ethical standards. Sandi can flag moments that may not align with expected behaviour or tone, helping ensure professional conduct.

Revenue:

Evaluate the impact of trust on revenue-related discussions. Ask Sandi to identify if trust dynamics may be influencing the outcomes of commercial conversations or stakeholder alignment on value.

What does the Relate Trust Index Trends Graph show?

The Trust Index Trends shows trustworthiness benchmarked over time, comparing your trustworthiness (in blue) against the organisational benchmark (in yellow) as measured by Relate.

This graph is designed to tell you in a brief glance how you are tracking over time. This will help you understand how your own trust performance compares to others in your organisation enabling correction sooner rather than later.

It’s especially useful for recognising coaching needs, celebrating consistency, or planning team-level improvements to raise trustworthiness.

Ask Sandi

This page in the relate portal contains the Ask Sandi interface with a focus on case-based coaching insights from your events.

Ask Sandi Case Studies

Three real-world case prompts are shown to inspire how Sandi can be used:

  • “Prepare 3 coachable moments for a team member to deliver meaningful feedback.”
  • “Analyse the credibility of our reps when discussing a complex product.”
  • “Explore trust factors at different stages of a sales or project lifecycle.”

These serve as quick-start examples for how to generate tailored trust insights, coaching moments, or stakeholder analysis using the AI assistant.

You can enter your own custom question in the “Ask Sandi anything” field and select your preferred large language model (LLM) for the response.

Event Management

The event management page in the Relate portal enables you to quickly and easily create and find meetings. Every meeting is assigned a unique Event ID, whether it is created in Outlook or within the Relate portal. You can launch the meeting from the portal, copy a link to the meeting, and edit the meeting details. A meeting is shown as “active” if it has not yet taken place. Once a meeting is “Completed” Sandi analysis will have been sent through to the hosts inbox and the data available to review within the Relate Portal.
